Photoes are taken under Normal Indoor Light Sources.
We have tried our best to reflect the true color and textile by taken under different angle and background.
If there any special features in any items that need to be noted, we will state in the description.
The Color and the Textile of the jadeite in the picture may still vary slightly from the actual items,and which is beyond our control.
We have tried our best to show in the picture any imperfect on the jadeite. You can always request for a more detailed picture on any part of the pieces of Jadeite for better investigation.
2. Payment Method

We accept T/T Bank Transfer payment in USD for Big Order or Wholesale Order.
We ship to PayPal Confirmed Address only, please confirm your address before payment.

In normal case, the combined shipping rate will be calculated automatically upon checkout. If you find error in the shipping rate ,please contact us and we will revise the invoice for you.
4. Shipping & Handling

5. Insurance & Tax
Insurance Services is available on EMS / FedEx / DHL Services, please contact us before placing bids.
Duty / Tax may apply (according to your local custom) as we have to write down the true value of the jadeite on the Customs Declaration to provide Insurance Services.
In case no insurance is needed, we will mark your Parcel as "GIFT" & "Fashion Accessories" with value lower than the buying value on the Customs Declaration. This is to reduce the chance to be taxed or to reduce the Tax for you. If you do not need this arrangement, please let us know before your payment.
6. Return Policy

Please let us know immediately if you would like to apply for a refund and return.
Refund will be issued if you unsatisfied with our Jadeite for any reason and return in original conditions within 30 days.
All refund will be limited to the winning bid price, excluding Shipping and Handling, Insurance costs.
To avoid arguments, returned items must be returned with Registered Airmail or Express on your expense. Please provide the tracking no.
Shipping & Handling Fee will also refund under the situation of our mistakes. (e.g. wrong items, defective items)
Refund will be issued 1 business day after we have properly received the return parcel.
